It might sound cliche, but it’s totally true that one of the best things you can do to calm down when anxiety rears its ugly head is to take a deep breath.
As we continue our 30-Day Overcoming Anxiety challenge, I want to expand on this idea and go over a few simple breathing exercises with you. They are a great tool because they are easy to do and something you can do anytime, anywhere.
